How to stimulate it (acupressure)
To stimulate this point, locate it two thumb-widths (approximately 3–4 cm) on either side of your navel. Apply moderate pressure with the tip of your thumb or index finger. Massage the point using small circles or steady pressure for one to two minutes on each side. The sensation should be mild pressure or numbness, never sharp pain. You can repeat this self-massage two to three times a day, particularly before meals or when symptoms appear.
