    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, place a finger below the nipple, in the sixth intercostal space (you can feel it by sliding your finger along the ribs toward the center of the body). Apply gentle to moderate pressure, just enough to feel a mild sensation without pain. Massage this point using small circular movements or gentle presses for 1 to 2 minutes.
