    Erbai — Two Whites

    In brief

These points are recognized for their support with concerns related to hemorrhoids or rectal prolapse. They may also help relieve pain in the forearm or chest.

    Where to find it

Palmar side of the forearm, above the wrist crease (PC7), on either side of the tendon of the wrist bending muscle; 2 points per arm

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply moderate but firm pressure with your thumb or a finger to each of the two points, one after the other or simultaneously if comfortable. Hold this pressure for one to two minutes. The sensation should be one of deep pressure or slight numbness, without ever causing sharp pain. Repeat this self-massage two to three times a day, or as needed, always paying attention to your body's responses.
