    Neiting — Inner Courtyard

    In brief

This point is useful for relieving facial pain, particularly toothache and sore throat. It may also help with digestive issues such as diarrhea and bloating, and improve sleep quality if you experience nightmares.

    Where to find it

Between the 2nd and 3rd toes, behind the web of the toes.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, locate it on the top of the foot, between the second and third toes, just behind the web margin between these two toes. Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your thumb or a finger for about one to two minutes. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps with slight numbness or gentle warmth, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation two to three times a day, or as needed. If symptoms persist or worsen, it is recommended that you consult a healthcare professional.
