    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

This point is a Shu-Stream point (a point that regulates Qi, or energy, and Blood in the meridians), belonging to the Wood element. It clears heat (a sensation of warmth or inflammation) from the Stomach (the organ associated with digestion and transformation) and Yang Ming (a major meridian associated with the Stomach and Large Intestine), and resolves dampness (fluid accumulation, swelling).
