    Burong — Cannot Contain

    In brief

This acupressure point is useful for soothing digestive discomfort, including stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, and feelings of bloating after meals. It may also help restore appetite when it is reduced.

    Where to find it

farther from the torso than the midline of VC13, above the belly button.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your fingertips, using small circular movements or steady pressure. Continue for one to two minutes on each side. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps with slight heaviness or numbness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation two to three times a day, or whenever needed.
