    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply moderate pressure with your thumb or another finger, without causing sharp pain. You should feel a gentle pressure sensation, possibly with slight, diffuse numbness. Maintain the pressure for one to two minutes, breathing calmly and deeply. Repeat this self-massage two to three times a day, or whenever you feel the need.
