    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, apply gentle to moderate pressure with your thumb or index finger. Use small circular movements or steady pressure. Maintain stimulation for about 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps with slight heaviness or numbness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this self-massage 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever needed, always paying attention to your body's responses.
