    Where to find it

Ulnar side of the little finger, behind the metacarpophalangeal joint, at the junction of the red and white skin.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, press with the thumb or index finger of the opposite hand on the small bony prominence just behind the joint of your little finger, on the outer side of the hand (ulnar side). Apply moderate pressure, neither too firm nor too light, so that you feel a slight sensation of pressure or numbness, but never sharp pain. Maintain this pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. You can repeat this self-massage 2 to 3 times a day, on both sides if needed.
