    In brief

This point is useful for relieving headaches in the forehead, as well as pain or involuntary twitching around the eyes. It may also help with feelings of dizziness.

    Where to find it

On the forehead, above the middle of the eyebrow

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, find the midpoint of your eyebrow, then move approximately one finger-width (1 cun) up onto the forehead. Apply gentle to moderate pressure with the tip of your index finger or thumb. You should feel a mild sensation of pressure, but never sharp pain. Maintain the pressure for 1 to 2 minutes, using small circular movements or steady pressure. You can repeat this stimulation 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need.
