Toulinqi — Tears of the head

    In brief

The Tears of the Head point is known for easing frontal headaches, as well as eye pain and watery eyes. It may also help with nasal congestion, offering welcome relief from these common discomforts.

    Where to find it

On the head, directly above VB14, within the hairline, halfway between GV24 and ST8

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, place your finger on your forehead, just above the centre of your eyebrow, where the hairline begins. You may feel a slight depression. Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your fingertip, without ever causing sharp pain. Use circular movements or steady pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need. The sensation should be one of relief or gentle relaxation, not pain.
