Sibai — Four Whites
In brief
Point E2, also known as Four Whites, is a valuable point for easing various types of facial discomfort, such as pain, eyelid twitching, eye problems, and sensations of sinus congestion.
Where to find it
Directly below the pupil (gaze straight ahead), in the small opening in the bone below the eye socket.
How to stimulate it (acupressure)
To stimulate this point, place your finger directly below the pupil (while looking straight ahead), in the small depression you can feel below the orbit of the eye. Apply gentle to moderate pressure, avoiding any sharp pain. Use small circular movements or steady pressure. Maintain stimulation for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. You can repeat this self-massage 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need. A mild sensation of pressure or relaxation is normal; if you feel pain, reduce the intensity.
