    Acupuncture

    Depth : 0.3-0.5 cun

The acupuncturist may insert a fine needle to a depth of 0.3 to 0.5 cun, perpendicular to the skin. This procedure, performed by a professional, aims to precisely stimulate the point according to the principles of Chinese medicine.

    Moxibustion

Moxibustion, which involves heating the point with a glowing mugwort stick, can be applied by the practitioner. This technique is used to warm and activate the circulation of local energy.

It is a Ying-Source point and a Water point, making it versatile for various manifestations of Heat or for supporting Kidney functions.

This point clears Heat (excess internal heat), calms the Spirit (soothing the nervous system), benefits the eyes and head (relieving visual disturbances and headaches), and is a Ying-Source point (a point of origin where energy gathers) and a Water point (linked to the Water element and its physiological functions).
