    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, you can apply firm but comfortable pressure with your thumb or index finger. Gently massage the area for 1 to 2 minutes per heel, using circular movements or steady pressure. You should feel a sense of pressure or slight numbness, but never sharp pain.
