    In brief

This point is useful for relieving certain discomforts, such as constipation or tension in the forearm. It is a key point for feeling more comfortable day to day and supporting regular bowel movements.

    Where to find it

Posterior side of the forearm, above the wrist crease, between the radius and ulna bones

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, apply firm, steady pressure with your thumb or index finger. Use a circular motion or direct pressure for one to two minutes. The sensation should be gentle pressure or mild numbness, never sharp pain. This self-massage is recommended two to three times a day, or as needed, taking care not to apply excessive pressure.
