In brief
This point is useful for relieving wrist and arm pain. It is a helpful area to massage if you feel tension in these regions, particularly after repetitive activities.

How to stimulate it (acupressure)
To stimulate this point, apply gentle to moderate pressure to the back of your wrist, in the depression you can feel on the little-finger side, just behind the base of the hand. Massage with your thumb or another finger using circular movements or steady pressure. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps slightly heavy or numb, but never painful.
