    Where to find it

Inner side of the lower leg, in the hollow below the inner ankle bone.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

This point is very effective for edema and urinary disorders.

Effects in traditional Chinese energetics (TCM)

This point helps regulate the Spleen (the organ responsible for digestion and the transformation of fluids) and eliminate Dampness (a pathogenic factor that can cause swelling and feelings of heaviness). It is a He-Sea point (a point located near the elbow or knee, often used for conditions related to the organs and viscera).
