Tianchong — End of the Window of Heaven

    In brief

The End of the Window of Heaven point, located on the head, is often used to soothe headaches, calm anxiety, and even ease certain gum conditions. It is a useful point for restoring a sense of balance and overall comfort.

    Where to find it

On the head, back from VB8, above the summit of the shoulder.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your fingertip, using small circular movements. The sensation should be comfortable; slight numbness or mild pressure is normal, but you should never feel sharp pain. Continue massaging for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. You can practice this self-massage 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need to ease a headache or anxiety.
