    Where to find it

Between the 4th and 5th toes, back from the joint at the base of the toe.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate point VB43, located on the dorsum of the foot, just proximal to the space between the fourth and fifth toes, apply moderate pressure with your thumb. You should feel slight pressure or numbness, never sharp pain. Maintain this pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. You can repeat this self-massage 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need to relieve the symptoms mentioned.
