    In brief

This point is recognized for helping to relieve pain and discomfort in the legs and hips. It may be helpful for easing tension in the lower limbs.

    Where to find it

Outer thigh, above the popliteal crease, below VB31.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your thumb or a finger until you feel a slight sensation of heaviness or warmth. Maintain this pressure for one to two minutes, making small circular movements or alternating between pressing and releasing. You can repeat this stimulation two to three times a day, according to your needs. You should never feel sharp pain; if you do, reduce the pressure or stop.
