How to stimulate it (acupressure)
Apply gentle to moderate pressure with your fingertips, using small circular movements or steady pressure. Hold the pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps with slight numbness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation 1 to 2 times a day, or whenever needed.

Depth : 0.5-1 cun
Perpendicular insertion is generally applied by a qualified practitioner, at a depth of 0.5 to 1 cun. This procedure requires the expertise of an acupuncturist.
This point is located on the Dai Mai vessel, which is often involved in gynecological regulation.
Effects in traditional Chinese energetics (TCM)
This point strengthens the lumbar region (the lower back) and regulates the Dai Mai (the Girdling Vessel, which connects and harmonizes the energy of the abdomen and pelvis). It is an intersection point between the Gallbladder meridian and the Dai Mai vessel.
