    Where to find it

Center of the back of the PIP joint of the middle finger

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, apply gentle to moderate pressure to the center of the proximal interphalangeal joint of your middle finger, on the back of the hand. Massage using circular movements or by alternating firm pressure and release for one to two minutes. You should feel a mild sensation of pressure, never sharp pain.
