    Qiduan — Qi Extremities

    In brief

These points at the tips of the toes are used to help with sensations of numbness or discomfort in the feet, or in cases of fainting. Stimulating them may contribute to greater foot comfort and a clearer mind.

    Where to find it

Tips of the 10 toes, from the nail corner

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply firm pressure with your thumb or index finger to each of these points for about one to two minutes per toe. Aim for a distinct feeling of pressure without sharp pain. You can repeat this self-massage once or twice a day, or as needed.
