    Yijing — Loss of semen

    In brief

This point may be helpful for men experiencing involuntary seminal emissions or erectile dysfunction, as well as for people experiencing nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting). It aims to help the body better regulate these functions.

    Where to find it

below the belly button, 3 cun from the midline

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, locate it approximately four finger-widths below the umbilicus and four finger-widths on either side of the body's midline. Apply moderate pressure, neither too light nor too firm, with your fingertip. You should feel a mild sensation without sharp pain. Maintain this pressure for one to two minutes, using small circular movements if you wish or holding the pressure steady. You can repeat this self-massage once or twice a day.
