Weishang — Raises the Stomach
In brief
This point may help ease a feeling of heaviness or “sinking” in the stomach, as well as bloating and discomfort after meals. It is useful for helping the abdomen feel lighter and supporting better digestion.
Where to find it

How to stimulate it (acupressure)
To stimulate this point, apply firm but painless pressure with your fingertip. Massage using circular movements or hold steady pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. You should feel slight pressure or numbness, but never sharp pain. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day, especially after meals or whenever you feel discomfort.
Other uses
Acupuncture
Depth : 0.5-1 cun
For practitioners, a perpendicular puncture between 0.5 and 1 cun is possible. This procedure must be performed by a qualified and experienced professional.
