    Tituo — Support and lift

    In brief

This point is useful for easing sensations of heaviness or of the internal organs “descending,” for example when there is a feeling of prolapse. It helps support the lower abdomen when there is a sense of weakness.

    Where to find it

below the belly button, 4 cun from the midline

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply firm but painless pressure with your fingertip. Hold the pressure for one to two minutes, optionally making small circular movements. A feeling of heaviness or slight numbness is normal, but stop if you feel sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation two to three times a day, especially when you feel a sense of weakness in the lower abdomen.
