    Huatuojiaji — Huatuo's vertebral points

    In brief

These points, located on either side of your spine, may help relieve back tension and pain. They are also used to support general well-being by targeting specific areas of the body.

    Where to find it

lateral to each spinous process from T1 to L5

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

You can use your thumbs or index fingers to apply gentle to moderate pressure to these points, working along the entire line. Massage each point or group of points using circular movements or direct pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be comfortable, perhaps with a slight feeling of heaviness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation 1 to 2 times a day, particularly when you feel tension in your back.
