Yaoyan — Eye of the Lower Back

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, press with your thumb or fingertips in the area about four finger-widths on either side of the spine, at the level of the line running just above the hollows of the hips. Apply moderate pressure, neither too light nor too strong, for one to two minutes per point. You should feel pressure or a mild ache, but never sharp pain.
