    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply firm, steady pressure with your thumb or fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be one of deep pressure, possibly with slight numbness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this 2 to 3 times a day, particularly when experiencing cramps or tension.
