    Baohuang — Bladder Hearth

    In brief

This point may be helpful for relieving certain digestive discomforts such as borborygmi (stomach rumbling) and constipation, as well as discomfort or pain in the lower back. It also supports urinary function when there is difficulty urinating.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, apply firm but comfortable pressure with your thumb or a finger, without ever causing sharp pain. Hold this pressure for 1 to 2 minutes, making small circular movements or pressing and releasing. You should feel a slight sensation of numbness or heaviness, but never sharp pain. You can repeat this stimulation 2 to 3 times a day.
