Qucha — Offset from the Curve

    In brief

This point is traditionally used to help relieve discomfort affecting the head, particularly the nose and eyes. Stimulating it may be helpful when there is a sensation of heat or a "gust of wind" around the face.

    Where to find it

behind the hairline, outside the midline of the body.

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

Apply gentle to moderate pressure with the pad of your finger. Massage using circular movements or alternating pressure and release for 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be comfortable, without sharp pain; you may feel slight numbness. You can repeat this stimulation 2 to 3 times a day, or whenever you feel the need.
