    Qugu — Curved Bone

    In brief

This point is useful for easing various urinary and genital concerns, such as urinary discomfort or certain women's health issues. It is an important area for balance in the lower abdomen.

    Where to find it

Upper border of pubic bone, on midline

    How to stimulate it (acupressure)

To stimulate this point, apply gentle to moderate pressure with your fingertip at the midline of the upper border of your pubic bone. Use small circular movements or sustained pressure for 1 to 2 minutes. The sensation should be comfortable and should never cause sharp pain; you may feel slight tenderness or numbness. You can repeat this self-massage 1 to 2 times a day.

This point is considered very important in gynecology.

This point is used to regulate the genital organs (involved in reproduction), tonify the Kidney (a source of vital energy), and address urinary disorders (problems with urination).

    Contraindications
