An energetic assessment, every time
Before laying hands on you, I take the time to assess: sleep, digestion, energy, emotions, tongue and pulse. The assessment decides the treatment, not the other way round.

Trained in finance, I spent the first 5 years of my professional life in corporate environments (investment banks and other institutions) between Paris, Geneva and London. At the time, despite the excitement, travel and reaching coveted positions, "something was off". An inexplicable lack of meaning… that money could not fill.
Tired and frustrated, my first contact with TCM happened by chance during a traditional Chinese massage my mother had offered me. The effects were incredible:
And the best part? The thick fog clouding my mind had cleared. With sharper vision, I realised there were alternatives to the conventional patterns of our Western societies.
Captivated, I decided to change my life and devote myself to studying TCM and the Taoist philosophy that goes with it.
Throughout life, we adapt to the shocks we endure. Our survival instinct is such that we often forget our gentle, fragile nature in favour of the rigour and strength typical of modern societies.
But our inner self is there, faithful. Aware of our drifts and ignored emotions, it cries, weeps, suffers… and seeks to wake us up.
So ancient yet so modern… The teachings of TCM were a revelation for me. Timeless and universal, they elegantly interpret the ups and downs of being. They invite us to become aware of our identity, in order to understand our physical and psychological pain. And thus live our incarnation to its fullest.
My certifications allow me to practise in a professional setting, according to teaching officially recognised, validated and supported by the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM – Beijing University of Chinese Medicine), the disciplines of Traditional Chinese Medicine:
A quiet space in Meudon, designed so you can finally let go.

I know the techniques. What matters is understanding what your body expresses: the same shoulder pain never tells the same story from one person to the next.
Nothing is applied identically. The protocol evolves with what I observe on the day: intensity, duration, areas worked, points chosen.
A session works better when daily life supports it: a few acupressure points, a dietary adjustment, a breathing exercise. Simple, sustainable, and explained.
A first 90-minute session allows a full assessment and the start of the work. I explain everything as we go.
